About Altair Design & Build

Thoughtful Design. Skilled Construction. A Home That Reflects You.

Altair Design & Build is an Orange County design-build company specializing in kitchen remodeling, bathroom renovations, and whole-home remodeling. Based in Irvine, we bring design and construction together to help homeowners create spaces that look beautiful and work better for everyday life.

With over 15 years of experience working with homeowners, condominium owners, and property owners, we understand that every renovation starts with different goals. Our approach begins with listening—learning how you use your home, what you want to improve, and which details matter most to you.

Designers and Builders Working Together

At Altair, we are equal parts designer and builder. We consider how a space should look alongside how it will function and how the design can be built.

Whether your style is contemporary, traditional, transitional, or something uniquely your own, our team helps coordinate layouts, cabinetry, materials, lighting, and finishes into a cohesive plan. From a kitchen designed for gathering to a more comfortable bathroom or a coordinated home renovation, we tailor the design to your space and priorities.

A More Coordinated Remodeling Experience

Remodeling involves many connected decisions. Our design-build approach brings those decisions together with one team guiding planning and construction.

By coordinating designers, project management, and construction professionals, we help simplify communication and keep the work connected to the agreed design. You have a team to discuss your questions with as the project moves from ideas and selections to construction and finishing details.

We focus on clear scope, realistic planning, and keeping you informed throughout the process.

Built Around Your Home and Priorities

A successful remodel should do more than update appearances. It should make your home more enjoyable to live in.

We consider practical details such as kitchen storage, bathroom usability, lighting, circulation, and the relationship between adjoining rooms. We also help you evaluate material and finish choices in relation to your style, maintenance preferences, and budget.

Our goal is to create a finished space that feels personal, purposeful, and connected to the rest of your home.
